When you purchase a Tracy home brand new, you're offered a 1 year home warranty. THIS IS A JOKE! You send in your requests, call, email and multiple texts and Bryan Tracy will promise stuff will get done and then you will NEVER hear from him. Most of my entire street is waiting on maintenance from their 6 month, 12 month and even final walk through! Driveway was poured with cheap material and began to crack and chip and is left with divots and gouges. Flooring has a large hump in it and the bathroom was near the tub is curved and not at a 90 degree angle. Was told this would get fixed prior to move in.
And here we are 1 year and 2 months later. Bryan Tracy promises everything will be taken care of then comes up with 100 excuses as to why it can't be done. Seems as though he's focusing on new development and couldn't care less about current home owners, they already have our money, so why bother. Look elsewhere for a builder! Trust me. Trust my whole street. Run for the hills, run to Belinski
