Before emailing a question, I have listed many Frequently Asked Questions on the FAQ page. I am now working out of an office in my home. So, I only meet with an appointment. A Plot Plan, or sometimes called a Site Plan looking sort of like your Survey, is a construction document only a Plot Plan is a Proposed Construction Drawing.
