Its easy to tell which reviews are fake. This is the same company who is trying to sue a customer and his family over a bad review. I would highly recommend looking at their work and checking their REAL reviews. I saw the work. Im not impressed. Do not deal with a company like this. If you dont like their work and complain about it in reviews they will slap you with a lawsuit.

Avoid at all costs. I am rejecting the response from the owner. I saw the work and its anything but quality. Once a formal apology has been made, lawsuit dropped, and steps taken to rectify building errors, my mind will not change and I will NOT give you the option to be apart of the build of my own home. Edit: please look at the discovery found with this disgusting company. It is available to the public. Once again remember not to build with this company. You will regret it.

In the short time of knowing the company itself, I've come to see their responses are professional, with great customer service, and would recommend looking further into what they can provide, and reaching out to see if they can help with anything in your home/residence that you've been meaning to get done!

Adair has great floor plans and all of their employees are so kind and helpful. A very professional local business.

Any company not willing to own up to its many, many, many mistakes on one single build and make them right has no business being in business. But hey, at least the sharks at the top of the company get to live good on the money they swindle from hard working families.

Absolutely, worst experience ever with their lending department - Alliance. If you read the reviews on Alliance, they all say they same thing (horrible communication). I have never worked with such unprofessional, unresponsive people in my life. The only reason I am leaving this review on the Adair page is because Alliance has horrible reviews and I want everyone to know what to expect when going into their transaction on the lending side. Don't expect timelines to be met or decent communication.

Lincoln City Office- Very bad customer service, lack of communication and blatant lies. We submitted our home order May 2019. According to our salesrep and her manager we were told we would have our plans by the end of June. Accordingly, we set our closing date on the land for 2 months later based on what they told us (1 month for plans). We did not receive word that the plans were completed almost 4 weeks late.

We did not receive them in time to retrieve the building permit for our construction loan to close and lost the property. We then had a meeting with Wess regarding the $23,000 cancellation fee they are trying to charge us (without even completing the plans correctly)---- he didn't know our closing date for our land, he didnt know what house model we had picked, he didnt know the dates we were suppose to receive our plans by in order to close on time, he didnt know our loan was based on getting a construction loan to buy the land (even though they have a copy of the contract).

I educated him on the dates according to the timeline issued by his company--- and interestingly he didnt see a problem that his staff missed the deadlines? Weird to any honest business person. If they can't keep their deadlines---- any of them, maybe they should stop signing up customers and making timelines they can't keep? That would be too honest for this company.

I spoke with a former employee out of a Washington office that I had been working with prior (found her on Facebook)--- she said she couldn't take it anymore, they screw up internally and find ways to blame it on the customer. Based on the stories from 4 realtors interviewed on the coast and in other customer reviews, we got off easy losing only $3500.00 ($2300 processing fee, $700 appraisal, $500 deposit) compared to thousands and 1-2 years of pain. My advice, find a small local builder like we have recently!

My husband, Duane Snider, and I, give 5 stars to this Adair team! We absolutely love our Adair Home. It is beautiful, clean and efficient and built to our preferences & specifications. With the help of Eric Franklin, we were able to customize the finishing touches to reflect our own personalities. We had never built a house before & the team helped us every bit of the way.

The hardest phase was at the beginning when we needed to complete our steps before Adair could build the house. We were working full time and the calls needed to be made during work breaks. There were a number of times we needed help with the next step. I had a tendency to call Brandy Gist and Duane to call Eric Franklin. They were always there for us.

For me, Brandy, especially, always knew the next step & gave helpful suggestions. We could always speak with Eric when we began to get anxious about things & he would kindly calm everything down. We also give kudos to Aaron Edgemon who was our construction manager. He was always upbeat & courteous. He met with us several times during construction & always knew what was going on & the next steps to take.

After the sign off, we found 3 smallish things that needed to be dealt with. Aaron came back to correct everything & in a very timely manner. We love our home & wonder how we ever got so lucky. 3 cheers & 5 stars to Adair Homes! -Linda & Duane

We completed our cottage home on the Oregon Coast in 2011 and we love our home. I was on site most of the time and I think that was important but the supervisor and local sales rep were always responsive to my calls and inquiries. They were very helpful to me during my "to do" time. We chose to do upgrades on the finishes and we are really glad - it made such a difference - quality over quantity. We both agree that if we should move and build again we would use Adair.
