After looking all over Nashville for over a year, I found my best option in a semi-custom build from Frank Batson Homes. The floor plan ( I chose the two story Viila) is absolutely perfect and spacious without being too large for easy maintenance. The numerous optional upgrades offered affords the buyer a more custom feel without the custom cost of adding to an existing home.
The warranties and HOA are excellent, which make for a worry free, carefree lifestyle. It's been a pleasure working with this highly professional builder's team. Everything was explained and presented thoroughly, project was on time, with no snags along the almost one year process from start to move in day. The Batson Team continue to make this community a fabulously enjoyable place to live.
With so many builders getting a bad rep these days, I can attest that Batson Homes are not only honest and ethical, but also helpful and address any concerns every step of the journey of your new home purchase. Loving my new digs!

We are in the process of building a new home with Frank Batson Homes. We have now met and worked with several different members of the team, and we have been treated like friends and family throughout. All of our questions have been met with kindness, patience and professionalism, and we are simply enjoying working with everyone there. We couldn't ask for a better experience in what is an involved and somewhat complex project.
