We are so immensely grateful to you and your team. The trailers were perfect -- clean, beautiful, and easily accessible. And your attendant (who's name I forget -- I'm sorry!) was fantastic. He was on top of everything. And honestly, the guests raved about the bathrooms, which is always a good thing.

We hired this for our wedding. It arrived all beat up and the door wouldn't close, my dad had to fix it. After 4 hours of use the water ran out and we could no longer use it because it wouldn't flush and the sink didn't run. Not only that but the lights kept going out while in use. Very disappointing when we called they said there was nothing they could do. When I complained they offered me only $100 credit. Not worth the price of my guests having to go in and out of my home for the rest of the day!

For everything Norsic does they are the best, demo, dumpsters, portables, septic service. I use all their services and have never come across a company that is more customer oriented, knowledgeable and willing to serve than they are.

From amazing customer service to punctual and courteous field staff, Norsic has it all! We at Mayfair Construction use them for roll off dumpsters and portable toilets and we couldn't ask for a better teammate! Highly recommended!

Norsic provided the bathroom trailers for my wedding this summer. Overall it was a great experience working with them. From start to finish the service was top notch. They kept us organized by working with our other vendors to ensure set up and clean up was perfectly timed. They had several trailers to pick from over a variety of price ranges, all of which were very clean and well decorated.

The trailers were air conditioned too which was a luxury to our guests who were dying in the July heat at our outdoor party! I highly recommend getting an attendant or two along with any bathroom trailer. This will ensure the bathrooms are kept clean throughout your event for all of the guests. The attendants were super friendly and it gave me peace of mind to know someone was on site in case something went wrong. 5 stars. I will definitely be calling Norsic again for future events on Long Island and in the Hamptons.

I've used Norsic services for years and they are, without a doubt, more dedicated to customer service and high quality performance than any other company I could mention. From the top down you can tell that they are focused on giving a positive experience and high value to their customers.

I use Norsic for a variety of services. They pick up my household trash, supply dumpsters for my construction company, as well as supplying my porta-pottys. They have also done demolition for me in the past. The entire staff, from Skip all the way down to the yard crew are top notch. On the rare occasion there's an issue with something, Chris or Stu take care of it personally & quickly. There may be cheaper sanitation companies out there, but you get what you pay for. Personally, I'll stick with the local team.

Norsic customer service was amazing! I used their service for a dumpster for my last home move as well septic service and I have to say their service was terrific, from the ease of ordering to delivery and pick up, everything went smooth and their prices were unbeatable. I would definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family.
