They do good work but be prepared to receive no customer service at all. It's actually kind of hilarious how unbelievably rude they all are. Even the person who answers the phone, who should be trained in customer service, immediately responds as though your existence is the greatest inconvenience of her life. All of that being said, I'm happy with my new home which is what matters.

We would highly recommend WM Construction to anyone looking to build their dream home! Mike customized a layout that worked for our family and absolutely delivered beyond our expectations! Dan and Rose were so easy to work with on all the little details along the way and made the build stressless. We had our home built all while being pregnant with our 4th child and working with this team was such a pleasure, they all took our situation to heart and 100% delivered an amazing home just in time to bring our new bundle of joy home to! We can't thank WM Construction enough for all they did for us!

Mike and everyone at WM construction were great to work with! We just had our home built with them and they were very timely, honest, and friendly with any and all questions we had through out our build! (And I ask a lot of questions lol) What made us very excited about building our house with WM construction was in the beginning of our building process we were very pleased with Mike's previous work that we were shown, and all the positive comments we had heard from others about the quality of his work!
He truly cares about the homes him and his crew bring to life for their clients. I can definitely say that all the amazing quality comments we were told/saw stand true! I would 100% recommend anyone to build with WM Construction! We are so thankful to them for making the building process so easy and as stress free as possible!

I worked with Mike Thompson about a year ago on a new build with a client. Although there were hiccups along the way, as a professional real estate agent - I knew those were to be expected. I referred another client to WM Construction this year. In an effort to save my client money, he suggested not using real estate agents (this is after a real estate agent already referred him the client).
As much as I can understand not using the listing agent (since there is no listing of the home), to suggest not using the agent who was the SOLE reason for sending the client in the first place. was shocking. When I called Mike to ask him if this was normal practice; he was rude, short and completely unprofessional. He tried to imply that since the client was family, I should not worry about making any money.
He said he thought I could help them buy the land as payment and not take anything from the build. If you are a real estate agent - I would HIGHLY suggest getting documents signed by your clients before introducing them to this builder. He is unethical and unprofessional. He even went on to say he has no legal obligation to the real estate agents who refer to him. This may be correct, but moral and ethical obligations are different in my view.
