All projects added to your contract must be submitted by filling out this Schedule C page. Fill out for each project separately if you will be doing multiple projects. Fill out 100% complete and accurate. Legal, recordable documents will be filled out by Owens Inspection Services LLC using the information provided by you or your company on this schedule C submittal.
