Paul and Brennan were great. I contacted them after having some concerns about some things I had noticed around the house. Due to a scheduling conflict, I wasn't able to use them when I bought the place. I wish I had. They looked at the areas of concern, but also gave me a run down of the whole house while they were here. They picked up on a number of things that the other inspector missed.

What I appreciated the most was that they tried to educate me as a homeowner, so that I could be more informed in the future. We talked a lot in person (I have a lot of questions), but they also gave me a very detailed report that I'll be able to refer back to the future.

Paul and Brennen performed a complete home inspection on our behalf. They were extremely thorough and identified a number of significant but not necessarily evident issues. To buyers and real estate agents out there, DO NOT hire these guys. They are horrible with facts and information. They are making themselves look good by coming up with inaccurate assessments about things they have no idea about. You will lose the house you are like because of them. for agents, you will lose your sales for no good reasons. These guys took over 4 hours to do inspection and came up with absolutely nothing meaningful to the buyer.

He made statement that was meant to kill your deal of buying the home and for agent, selling the home. He is there sole purpose of destroying sale unnecessarily. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID
