As time go by we're spending money to have all the repairs done. We complaint and they only had excuses over and over. If anyone purchase a new home from this guys, make sure that you have a home inspection done. Because this was a brand new house, and we thought that everything should been okay. Don't make the same mistake. I have to pay to replace all my hardwood floors, after I was promised by they property manager, that everything was going to be taken care. 3 years later the floors got my worst. Just be very careful.

I am so happy with the work carried out on our roof. They put up the scaffolding when they said they would, waited 5 weeks for a dry calm day and then came as soon as conditions were favourable as promised. They put 4 men on the big job and so where able to finished in about a week. Perfect timing for my family visiting from abroad. I am so grateful. The boss was really easy to deal with. I strongly recommend. Benside.

After two months, and calling the office multiple times the manager rudely told me I wasn't a fit to live there based off of one MINOR thing, never called any of my references and then responded to my asking of why they hadn't checked any references, and took two months to pull my credit, in a very rude and judgmental tone. I will never recommend these apartments to anyone.
Not only was this a bad experience, but previously I had applied here and been approved, they never called me and SEVEN months later I called to ask why they had pulled my credit but I never heard back. their response, "sorry, we can fit you in now". DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Their apartments seemed decent enough. Obvious shortcuts were taken in the apartments and they weren't in perfect shape when we moved in. The tenants before us mounted their tv on the wall and it was clear the holes made were patched quickly and cheaply. You could see the outlines of the holes. I tried to cover it up by hanging a picture but thebpqtch job in the wall caved in.
We reported it to the office but no one came to fix it. We lived there for over 2 years without too many issues. There was some issue with neighbors not parking in the right spot. However no matter how much we called the landlord did nothing about it after promising they would. We eventually gave up with that. It literally went on for a year. When we moved out we spent a week cleaning it.
A month later, instead of getting our security deposit back, we were charged 100$ for repairs to the wall and they told us the carpets needed to be ripped up and replaced. When I called to dispute it, they wouldn't even talk to us. I suggested that ibwould send them proof. I had taken pics when we moved and the day we left along with pics of the wall and our request to get it fixed.
After having the majority of our calls ignored and arguing about it when we did get thru, they decided to drop the charges but still would not give us our deposit back. I've heard of this happening to other people as well along with many other issues. The apartments are cheap and even though we didn't really have huge issues, we got screwed over in the end.
Always paid on time, never had any complaints on us. We were essentially perfect quiet tenants. It seems great in the beginning, but it sounds like at the end of it all, they'll come up with any reason not to return peoples money. They're thieves and I would not recommend them to anyone. Do not give them your business

Took a tour of the new Lewis Builders development in Atkinson and "LOVED" them! The layout was perfect for what we were looking for. The quality is higher than I expected. We loved the ranch! Just perfect! The location is also perfect for commuting. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I hope that there are units left when we are ready to buy!
