I agree with the previous reviewer. We hired Ken White to evaluate a basement foundation crack in a home were were trying to purchase. He is very pleasant to work with and explained everything in terms I could understand and recommended a remedy. The remedy was relatively simple and not too costly so we were able to offer on the house without reservation, which was good because we really wanted the house badly.
He also wrote a report for us that we can show to future buyers. The report ended up in my spam folder and I didn't receive it for several days. I got upset with Ken for "not sending it as promised", but he was calm and recommended I look in my spam folder. That's an engineer for you, able to see things you can't see. There it was. I retrieved it and it was just what we had needed. You can work with this firm with confidence.
