They need to be first on you list to call with issues. The service mgr was dispatched and took care of the issue (replaced capacitor on AC unit). No up-charge, no up-sell. And, we had the issue on a super-hot day/week. Called at 8:00am, fixed by 11:00am. I know this might not be typical response time during a hot time, but they were awesome.

Charged $100 more than quoted and was told they had parts available "in the truck" but still took an extra 1 hr+ because they had to leave for parts 2 times. Also reinstalled a longer fan shaft on the the new condenser fan motor and now the fan doesn't sit at the same height inside the condenser and makes extra noise & vibration because it's creating extra air turbulence inside the condenser due to the fan being too far down into the condenser. TLDR.they put whatever parts they could find and charged me an extra $100

Greg replaced our water heater this week. From his recommendations, to the scheduling, to the install the entire process was pleasant, professional, and comfortable. No high stress sales pitch. He gave my husband the information he needed to make the best decision for our situation. And the price was reasonable. We also use PCH&C for our semi-annual furnace & A/C checks. Terrific company.

After substantial due diligence regarding vendors and their product lines we selected Polk County Heating and Cooling to install an American Standard furnace and air conditioner at a rental property in 2017. Their service and pricing was so impressive that when we learned in June of 2019 we needed a new system in our home we didn't bother with the due diligence. We called Polk County Heating and Cooling and they delivered once again. Very pleased and impressed with their personnel and service.
