As a custom builder, I have built a few hundred homes since I started this company in 1982. Every home is unique in its own way, which has resulted in having hundreds of floor plans. I have made these floor plans available for you to look at. We can use any of these plans to begin designing your new dream home or we can start with your ideas. Whether it be an idea in your mind or something that you have jotted down on paper we can bring that idea to life and allow you to enjoy your dream.
We are located about thirty miles west of Phoenix just west of the City of Goodyear in Maricopa County, Arizona. We build on your property anywhere in the Greater West Valley. We have built numerous homes in Southwest Desert Estates in Rainbow Valley, Estrella Mountain Ranch, Goodyear, Surprise, and Buckeye.
