Design Homes serves seven states with nine sales locations throughout Wisconsin, Iowa, and Minnesota. Each location features model homes that are open and available to explore. It's a great way to formulate ideas and get a sense for the quality construction that Design Homes can offer. Each location is staffed and available to answer any questions you may have.
Note: Base prices are determined by size and includes limited free delivery in many areas, on-site completion, and applicable tax. The customer is responsible for completing parts of the process. Not responsive and can not keep a time line. They think an oopsie daisy is appropriate for not keeping their time line. Ill update when we actually receive our house as we don't actually have a date yet. As well as share the companies handling of the major screw up and shifting of around 10 peoples schedules due to being at the mercy of design homes.
