My organization had Specialistic Construction out to repair drywall around a floor sink and provide wall protection so that the area was not damaged again. The crew did a great job. They showed up when expected, took some measurements, picked up material and returned and completed the job. All expectations were met! Highly recommended.

This company specializes in helping the disabled or those who generally are in need of an honorable service provider who will not take advantage of people who are easily victimized by disability. The President of the company, John DeBona, is the most honorless man I have ever met. He will take advantage of anyone and try to get as much money as he can, regardless of how someone's vulnerabilities can be used to line his pockets.

He is a liar, a cheat and a scam artist. I would not recommend him to my worst enemy as his moral compass is non-existent and regardless of the damage he does in his quest to line his pockets with the money of the disabled or even those who are elderly; he will try to take advantage of you. He has a long record of being dishonest and he does not care if he hurts anyone as long as he can cheat someone out of their money.

Specialistic Construction attached my detached garage to my home. It was complicated because the garage was not parallel to my home. John completed the project on time and without a hitch. I now have a large garage attached to a smaller home. That is guy heaven. Thank You.

Well, Specialistic was the "contractor of choice" for my insurance company when I had a house fire in 2003. Ever since then I have replaced the following within the first five years: 1. Water Heater - it was a "contractor grade" water heater. I was told by my plumber buddy that it is the ABSOLUTE cheapest anyone could buy. 2. Furnace - the heating and cooling company I had replace it told me that it was the ABSOLUTE cheapest.

It was a "generic" furnace. 3. Most of the electrical. I am certifed in teaching the National Electrical Code. What I uncovered hidden in junction boxes and switch boxes was APPALLING! Every light switch had to be changed within five years. I had one that actually arced and shorted! Everything this man did in my home was the cheapest way out. He gave the insurance company his "quote" to repair and replace things in my home.

He NEVER once stated what "quality" it would be so I guess he is "safe" from lawsuit. It still does not mean that he is honest, nor trustworthy. I would not have this man build an access ramp to my dog house for my disabled dog!
