Critical: Responsiveness Impossible to communicate with. Multiple calls and voicemails go unreturned. Reached a secretary who said I'd receive a call back. No call back. Service: Electrical outlet & switch repair

Had them come out 2 times and soon to be a third. Pricing seems a little on the higher end, but their work is solid. Services: Electrical outlet & switch installation, Light fixture installation, Electrical panel replacement or upgrading

Dean: no mask on at door and opened my storm door. not even in his pocket. went to truck and got the worst mask ive ever seen and it barely ever covered his nose. he was clearly annoyed at me keeping distance and had no respect for covid safety. so he clearly doesn't understand basic science or trust experts. i assume his work reflects that as well.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness No return calls, no return texts for estimate. I was told same day or next day for estimate. I tried calling and a couple texts with no response for 2 weeks.

Very Creative in custom projects, I found customer service to be exceptional and quick. Will use again in my next project

Have used simco several times in the past for rental properties. Now can't get anyone to call me back. Left multiple messages and talked to a receptionist that told me I would be contacted. No response. Lost my business and future business. Totally unimpressed with customer service and wouldn't recommend going forward

SIMCO Electric upgraded our service and installed a sub-panel and electric vehicle wall connector for me and my family. It was a great experience from beginning to end. John Simonson was first on-site and came up with excellent recommendation's on how best to accomplish our goals. The quote was quick, complete and my remaining questions were quickly answered.

The owner, Dean Simonson had the crew onsite as scheduled. The crew worked diligently and persevered through some intermittently inclement weather that I thought would swamp and delay the project. Tyler, the lead electrician, was very knowledgable and effective at coordinating their efforts. Caleb, Myron, and Tyler worked quickly with excellent workmanship, and attention to details. The whole team was courteous, professional, and the project was completed as agreed to. I highly recommend SIMCO Electric.
