Flagship Construction

When I work for them I wrote great company! But I was fired when I ended up with a lot of health problems ( I was put on steroids gained a lot of weight had Kidney stones and some from of arthritis that the doctors couldn't figure out what was going on and I was terminated for missing days and I wasn't performing well at my job! At first I was really bitter and begged for my job back then I asked if they would at least let me get unemployment ( Stan ) was not having any of that!

After being away from that job for a while I hold no anger toward them anymore! When I worked for flagship ( custom landscape) all the same company, Stan gave me a personal loan to help me get car, Stan also let me do side work to make extra money and even though it sucked at the time they are a company that's designed to make money and eventually you have to make a decision if a employee is making you money or a liability and he did what was best for the company.

Now the houses they build are top notch houses and they try their best to cover problems and unfortunately sometimes things don't go as planned but I've personally witnessed Stan and Hal bend over backwards to help repair any problems that arise.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness Do not use this builder.can not get them to come back for 6 month check up. Only 1 person to take care of all building issues in all developments.

DO NOT USE THIS BUILDER. THEY ARE THE WORST. Built my house with them in 2020 and closed in February of 2021. Not only were there several mistakes and delays, but they never came back to finish my closing walk through items- leaving patches in the walls, a broken window and missing parts everywhere. 11 months later and countless calls, I still cannot get my walk through items completed from my closing.

We were also given 6 and 11 month warranties with the purchase of the home- and I was flat out told no one was coming for a 6 month warranty walk through- that they will only do the 11 month check. I've had problem after problem and the office personnel and reps are useless and unresponsive. I've been given dozens of numbers and just gotten the run around for the past 11 months while no one will actually fix a problem. Stopped by the office and asked for a number of someone in charge and the lady there gave me a number to a different desk in the same office so they could still block my calls.

She also flat out lied to me about windows being on back order (saying that's why mine hasn't been fixed) when I went to THEIR SUPPLIER MYSELF and bought a window a few months ago. They also provided fake/false information on the homeowners information sheet- making it impossible for me to resolve the problems I need resolved. This is a crooked terrible company - save yourself the headache, money and stress and USE ANY OTHER BUILDER BUT FLAGSHIP. I will never recommend them to anyone as I would never wish the hassle I've experience with them on even my worst enemy

Love my new home. Great floor plan. Sally, Kim and Mikey were wonderful to work with during construction and for minor first year fixes.

Don't close on your new home until everthing is taken care of it been a nightmare for me closed on my home on August 29th still cant get the refrigerator replace, that is defective since day 1, dent in bottom, no freezer light if you try to replace it shoots sparks out, top shelf of fridge freezes everything, crisper drawer broken, no warranty papers with it they keep passing me around like a ball. Not good business people. Guess I will be contacting BBB.

I recently used Flagship Construction to build my home in Sanctuary at Wild Wing. I could not recommend anybody better for the job. It was well-built structurally, but still done in an efficient manner. Everything was accomplished off of our punch list thanks to Kim. Customer service was always great and never had a problem. Anything that I needed done they got it accomplished in a timely manner. Will definitely be using Flagship Construction for any future construction needs.

House is only 1 and half years old and there are so many problems. Sidewalk was never fixed from original punch list, reported it time and time again, even on our 6 month and 1 yr walk throughs, keep getting the run around. Master bedroom window is cracked and has been since we moved in, again written on punch lists none of them ever signed off on, jeep getting told we are workikng on it. Hardwood floor is lifting and cracking, also has moisture under it and No one will fix it.

This company is horrible and the customer service is non existent. So glad we spent our hard earned money to buy our dream home that has turned into a nightmare because the company can't be bothered with the home once it's thrown up and they get their money.

THE WORST BUSINESS EVER! I wish I could give this 0 stars! We had our home built 2 year's ago and it's been nothing but a headache. We just got a leak in our roof which is structural and has a 10 year warranty, but they won't fix It! Our floor keeps lifting, the list goes on. For future reference don't ever use Flagship Construction! All they do is throw it up like it's Lego toy house!

There are many so called " custom builders" in the Myrtle Beach area when in reality they are contractors hiring subcontractors, Flagship on the other hand, is a Company that is established and has been in business for many years, not only they built our home to our specs but they went above and beyond. Greg and Kim were great at accommodating any changes we had and Mr. Randy (the Super assigned to our project) was there every step of the way. Not only they built our home on schedule but also on budget we're extremely happy with our home and the way everything was handled.

Flagship is one of the worst company's to buy a house from if you live in South Carolina. Me and my wife bought a house in October and have had nothin but issues with flagship and there warranty issues. And there is many issues. I have doors that are not level and when I tried to get them fixed I was told I was being to picky. And they can't fix that.

I had a slice in my floor. Counter tops that peeled up and took over 6 months to get fix but only after I threaten a lawyer. I had bare wires in my house that blew up my microwave the wiring was wrong in house. The door Bell was wired to a switch. Windows broken in house that took them 3 months to replace. If you call them and set up a time to get things fixed they cancel all the time.

And then if u speak wil hail the owner be ready cause he will curse you off. I had a crack in my driveway that they refused to fix so many issues. If anyone asks about buying a home from them. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY. you can drive down Alpharetta court in Conway sc any day and ask anyone in neighborhood and they will tell you the same. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY A HOUSE FROM FLAGSHIP CONSTRUCTION THEY WILL NOT STABD BEHIND THERE WARRANTY AND WILL NOT FIX ANYTHING

Nice home and prices but warranty issues are not taken cared of with same enthusiasm as when your buying. They used nails instead of screws, gaps between home and foundation, and lawn was bad quality and not leveled. Unfortunately I recommended my friend, similar issues but his whole lawn died. Flagship has not repaired either lawns.
