We hire and supervise subs based on low bid, schedules and understanding of the issued working drawings; we also self-perform facets of the work which helps ensure better cost and quality for our customers. Construction Management includes managing all aspects of the planning and construction process for any given project. We act as an agent to the owner, as opposed to a marking up each subcontractor trade item.

That's why at CCC, each level of management is directly responsible for demonstrating safety leadership, providing a safe work environment and promoting safety as a core belief.
CCC's safety program includes our Corporate Safety Video, listed first below, and a job site specific orientation. You are required to watch both prior to beginning work at your CCC jobsite. The Corporate Video is approximately thirty-six (36) minutes. You are required to watch this video once every six months.

I did an internship with CCC in 1991 and knew then this is where I wanted to work for my career. Although I haven't spent my entire career here since then, I have made it 26 years and still going in 2021!
