Services
PCI has fabricated Power Control Buildings (PCBs) for a wide array of applications since 1973. In November of 1973, Don Davis, our Chief Executive Officer and owner, started Protect Controls, Inc. Don started construction of the metal buildings, with a loan of $3000 from his boyhood community's Ruston Bank.
Our buildings are customized with special attention given to the needs of the client, balanced with the time schedule, and result in best practice pricing. Our first contact with customers is usually through a request for quote. PCI evaluates, interprets, and puts practical application to work for you.
Inclusive of our General Purpose and Corrosive buildings guidelines, customers can select to have our building installed in Classified Environments. Depending on the building's requirements for positive pressure or other explosive concerns the building's electrical equipment can be specified and provided to mitigate environmental dangers.
Protect Controls, Inc. believes there is a definite relationship between the best interests of our employees and the success of our company. Therefore, we offer a variety of benefits and services to help employees achieve personal and professional success. Protect Controls offers many benefits to help employees build a secure financial future- tax-deferred savings, income protection, and more.

Con: This place is very much unorganized and anyone that has a superior position has no professionalism and they go out of there way to make sure they show they are on top. Honestly this place is mentally poisonous and has unfocus morale structure, This place was needed just to get off my feet but like many other fortunate personal that have left willing, will never return for these reasons, If you work here or thinking of working here just be careful if you want to survive in this work toxic environment. Pro: at least the pay

The electrical is ran by a coward. Worked there 9 months and let me go because i came to him about the night shift leads continues disrespect. He told me the paper work was going in to get hired on and was waiting on the front office. He lied to the temp. Agency telling them that i was let go for work shortage. When he said days prior that we were going to have so much over time we would be begging to have days off.
If you wanna get back stabbed and two faced go work for the electrical department. Worked there once before and it was the same. I thought because of there layoff they had it would change. No it didn't because the one who oversees electrical is still there. And allows and rewards the leads for disrespect and their cowardice behavior. Hope you have a better out come than i did but if you get bit don't say i didn't say watchout for the snake.

Honestly the list is too large but I will list a couple of things I was called a peon and regularly heard supervisors call us shop trash there is little to no room in moving up in the company unless your last name is Davis or you get a injury then you'll be promoted and given a pay raise because they can't afford any more OSHA complaints floor supervisors are more than rude and have absolutely no respect towards the workers just recently they had an electrical accident where a man was literally smoking on the ground with his fingers melting off and no one would help but two supervisors pulled out their phones took pictures of him and walked away soon after the man was transported away in the ambulance they walked around the shop showing everybody the pictures completely degrading the man this place belittles you and is a horrible environment to work please save yourself the trouble and stress just walk away and do not work here! This place doesnt even deserve 1 star
