A graduate in Architecture from the University of Illinois, Bruce has a long history in luxury home design and construction. Prior to RS Homes, he worked in Arizona for 15 years in land planning, subdivision design, zoning, land development, design center management, construction management, and purchasing.

Can you imagine a 2 year construction project to build a beautiful custom home, and after all that having 4 punchlist items that RS Homes fixed in a day? And zero problems since? Another, smaller, home we built a year later in another state had 175 punchlist items that took six months to fix and required two one-week moveouts. RS builds the best high value, highest quality custom homes in Arizona. There is nobody better. C and D

When we decided to build our dream home in Desert Mountain, we interviewed a number of builders and architects. They work seamlessly with the architect. We live and work on the East Coast, and so the project was long distance.

Every facet of our experience with RS Homes was outstanding. We'd lived in our home for just over 10 years and we brought in RS Homes to remodel our kitchen, level our sunken living room, add wood flooring throughout, and make structural changes (including raising a ceiling, moving a doorway, adding a pantry and more). RS Homes' design advice and flawless execution turned our home into the dream home we'd always wanted. I have known Debbie for many years. I am one of the sponsors at the SAAR Pinnacle Peak RMS, where she was the tour director for 2 years, where she did an amazing job at that volunteer position! I know her to be extremely Dependable, honest, down to earth, a great problem solver, public speaker and very understanding. She is an amazing person and an incredible realtor!
