My husband and I could not be more pleased with our home built by JP Malone in 1996. They had wonderful ideas on how to make our desired floor plan better and were a pleasure to work with. The house was completed on time and under budget and the workmanship was first rate. There have been no structural problems with our home in over 20 years, and we have recommended JP Malone to many others.

We contracted with JP Malone for design and construction of a major remodel of our 1978 SCOTTSDALE home. From the beginning design discussions through construction what could have been a stressful process, was anything but. The design discussions with the Malone's involved listening to what our goals which they translated into a detailed design including many creative ideas we had not considered.

When construction commenced, we were immediately impressed by commitment to quality and an overall approach to not cut corners. Also, nearly every day over the 6 month project, work was being done eleviating one of the most common horror stories one hears about home remodels. Overall we give JP Malone our highest recommendation for interior design and construction services.

Best service and quality you could ask for! I hired JP Malone to do a light remodel of a home that I was moving into, and despite it being a very busy time of year, they completed the job one day BEFORE they said they would, and they came in just under budget. Their experience and know-how really shows, and they clearly take a LOT of pride in the work that they do. Run, don't walk to JP Malone for your next build or remodel project. You won't regret it.

JP Malone designed and built our home in Goldfield Ranch. We moved into it in 2004. I still continue to marvel that my husband and I live in such a beautiful home. I am from Delaware, from a town dating back to the 1600s, very colonial with prerevolutionary homes and churches. So moving here was a dilemma for me to choose a style. Spanish colonial seemed the most likely style.

When we spoke with Debra, she understood. I asked her to design a home that would look like the home had been on the land for years. She accomplished that with the exterior style and lovely interior style. Most importantly, she listened to our wishes and built a quality home especially designed for us.

We worked with Kevin and Deb Malone on our Arizona 'dreamhome', designed to be a getaway for our entire family. The Malone Team not only understood, but shared our vision of this home. This was not the first time we worked with a design-build contractor. It is, then, with authority that I say they are absolutely amazing in working WITH their clients, offering unique ideas and materials, while incorporating the clients' special requests as well.

JP Malone Construction completed three separate remodel projects for us during the last eight years. One was a $1M+ home remodel and the other two were commercial medical office remodels. We are still just amazed at how beautifully everything turned out. JP Malone greatly exceeded our expectations in every way. Not a day goes by without at least one of our patients remarking how wonderful our office now looks.

We found that JP Malone was honest, cost-conscious, easy to work with, and offered numerous design ideas that made the result so much better. We appreciate that their bids were accurate and realistic, unlike other bidders. The quality of their work was much higher than we see with other contractors. Their workers and subcontractors obviously took pride in their work and completed the projects in a timely and continuous fashion. JP Malone redid my entire home. it was an extensive renovation. we were extremely pleased with the work. no corner are cut and the work was delivered on time.

This company does amazing work. Deb is great to work with, and she is a wealth of knowledge. If you want top quality interior design and construction then you should call JP Malone right away. They are considerate, responsive, and creative. The cleanliness of their construction sites alone will tell you all you need to know about this company.

This company is bad. Mailed me a flyer wanting business and saying no job is to small. I set up an appointment for 11am today. They didn't show up. Missed workto be here. When I called them, all they could say was we're sorry and we're booked up to the end of the year! So if they are mailing out flyers to get business, how can they be booked up. I smell a rat. Do you? Plus they make appointments and don't keep them.

I have not used this contractor service and would never use them after seeing the way their van driver was driving from Shea into a residential neighborhood at full speed with no regard or care for the people who live in the area. This was an accident waiting to happen, how irresponsible and reckless.
