I wanted a custom Patio with a outdoor kitchen and Dave designed it perfect Reliabuilt is a top of the line construction company and I'll definitely be working with them again! I highly recommend Reliabuilt Construction

10 days after bid appointment, for which he was 15 minutes late, and still no quote, no contact, no response. Reliabuilt is not Reliable.

Really bad service or not service at all. I made an appointment for Saturday at 10AM and no one showed up. Not even a call to cancel and of course no one pick up the phone when I called to ask if they were still coming.

5-stars all the way! Dave and his team at Reliabuilt Construction did an AMAZING job on an addition to our home. We added another 200 square feet to the home through extending the back of the house, installing 20x8 panda doors and adding an office where a golf cart should go. The home was originally 1273 and adding the extra 200 square feet opened up the entire back of the house and made it so we bring the beauty of the outside, to the inside of the house and vice versa.

I would recommend Dave Mills and his team for all projects involving "beautifying" your house. They are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. Contacted Reliabuilt Construction and met with Dave Mills. Project entailed removing 2 front windows and 1 rear window and replacing with 2 outswing full gridded French Doors. Provided quote that was very competively priced. Dave handled every aspect of this project to include permits, plans for HOA, ordering the custom doors/locks and all materials.

Project required electrical switch out of outlets and his crew did not miss a beat. In middle of this project, he took on an added request - we wanted a colored, stamped, stained patio slab and 2 raised colored, stamped, stained concrete stoops for the 2 French Doors added. Dave handled it. The quality of Reliabuilts work is awesome. Every detail was taken care of. Reliabuilt is a reputable company and respected in the industry.

Therefore they are busy but Dave keeps you in the loop. His response to your phone calls are like no other contractor I have worked with. I wish knew of Reliabuilt 15 years ago. The completed work has all my neighbors in awe as you would think the house was built with the French Doors. This house is 5 years old and all stucco/paint, drywall, baseboards and casings match existing to the T.

Clean up of all construction debris was exceptionally done. I highly recommend Reliabuilt Construction for all your renovation and building needs. Dave really has you covered.

It took quite a bit of looking to find a local contractor with knowledge, integrity, and a vision of what we were looking to accomplish with our home improvements, but Dave at Reliabuilt is "the man." I can't recommend these guys more highly. Dave and his crew are professional, quality oriented, and just great people. For the work that you get, their prices are extremely fair too. Because their quality is so good, the only caveat is that you may have to be prepared to wait a while before they have time to start your job! We inherited a back porch that we thought was totally impractical.

It was built in the middle of the yard, not connected to the house. We had Dave over to do a quote for redoing the porch, which scope-creeped into a whole balcony and redoing all the windows on the back side of the house. Dave's comments and observations about the things that weren't done right about the previous porch gave us the confidence that he'd notice these details about building a new balcony.

And we were right! Every step, whenever something wasn't up to Dave's level, he made the team come back and fix it till everything looked great. Dave also came up with ideas and suggestions that made the final product look much better. (e.g. using a giant 40 foot long steel beam as support so we'd only need two columns for the balcony) When we added new items (which always happens in a project), Dave was very clear to communicate the price increases, and all the add ons were priced fairly. Overall, we're super happy with our new balcony, and would definitely work with Reliabuilt again when the occasion arises!

Reliabuilt did a great job building a 500 foot Casita in my backyard. Dave came out and checked out what could fit in my yard and then they went on to design the Casita, It has a small bedroom, bathroom, laundry closet, kitchenette/living area are combined. Overall a pretty good layout for the small space. Steve was the foreman and oversaw the construction, the crews worked steadily with the only breaks caused by weather or permitting inspections. Steve did great quality control on the build and the crews. Now that the project is done, the Casita sits in my yard and looks nice, like it's part of the main house. I highly recommend this company.

When you have a new home with a barren backyard, what is really needed is a grill area with a gazebo! Reiliabuilt was recommended by the pool company and we called Dave out to give us a proposal. I am not sure about their cost versus anyone else, we were more interested in the work itself. The gazebo was to match the house in style, finish and color (they even matched paint codes from the builder).

Of course the HOA decided to stall the project for a few weeks - I guess that's their job or to justify their existence. Once they figured out the 4th version of paperwork was the same as the first and it REALLY WAS what they had asked for, Dave and crew hit the ground running. Start to finish it was a less than a month (including Thanksgiving weekend).

They matched the house perfectly and we now had everything we could want! The gazebo had lights, a gas bib and they even added a ceiling fan for us. We are thinking of a cover for the balcony, so I know who we're calling when that time comes up!

Being new to Vegas, I interviewed many contractors. I can't say enough about Dave and his team. This was an enormous project that involved relocating a laundry room and pretty much completely modified and modern floor plan. I highly recommend Dave with Reliability. He is understanding and patient which is appreciated with such a huge project.

Remodel done by company for my Desert Shores 4100 sq ft home was massive: floors, counters, every bath had work (4), walls moved, windows replaced, cabinets built, electrical changes, fans and lights installed plus painted the whole interior and what did I forget? Good thing was Dave did not. Owner was professional, worked with both my wife and I- that was not easy- but kept us BOTH happy. Creatively solved issues, kept his word, trusted him with a key, and stayed the course despite numerous changes. Juan the carpenter was super- very sharp and skilled; Victor the electrician was good too; Hector the plumber was great. Would absolutely recommend the team!

Thank You Reliabuilt for doing what NO OTHER company in Vegas could do! I had a nice wide patio but the builder put columns every 9 feet, only 8 feet from the house. My patio was completely useless-not even enough space for a table. ReliaBuilt re-engineered the beams, removed columns and extended my patio space with an Alumawood cover. The stucco was patched, repainted and looks as good as the original. Dave Mills and his crew were amazing. Everything from permits to clean up was handled. Highly recommended!
