They completed the project on schedule with few change orders, provided excellent documentation, and exhibited quality workmanship. The Nichols Team built Trinity Montessori 10 years ago. It was a dream come true! Now during the pandemic, we called on John NIchols and Jim Burm to help us reevaluate the use of our building during this difficult time, when the use of every square foot influenced our ability to meet the needs of our students. Not only did these two dedicated and talented people immediately come to assist in the assessment of space, they also connected us with other professionals in space design and HVAC, who became an important part of our reopening team.

Outstanding work performed by the Nichols construction team. Had them come in and excavate out a 55' x 55' pad of concrete in a manufacturing plant then repour it to the depth I needed. I was impressed with the communication from start to finish. Job site was clean and organized at the end of each shift. This group went above and beyond to to meet our satisfaction and needs.

The planning and construction of our veterinary hospital was overall, a very positive experience with John and the rest of the Nichols Team They came when they said they were going to come. They did what they said they were going to do. And they charged me what they said they were going to charge me. How novel, right? They have my endorsement!

During the planning phase to rebuild our new church after a devastating fire in 2015, we hired the Nichols Construction Team.
