As one of the region's premier commercial builders, we have completed a varied mix of commercial projects in both the private and public sectors. Our formula for success is simple: We start with a solid foundation of extensive project experience; add close working relationships with owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors; and combine an unparalleled commitment to quality craftsmanship and process efficiency that drives every detail of every project. As your Construction Manager we will be there to provide guidance and manage all phases of your project from conception to occupancy.
We are committed to providing a safe work environment for our employees and subcontractors. We have been part of the "PARTNERSHIP An OSHA Cooperative Program" since 2007. OSHA helps us identify any safety or hazardous problems on our job sites. This eliminates the adversarial role that typically exists between contractors and OSHA. It also opens the door to a wealth of knowledge and puts us at the head of any new standards that will be implemented.

As the lead furniture installer on the Sherriffs communication office job in Hayden off of Ramsey at the airport, the General Contractor was the most rude, arrogant, selfish contractor I have ever met. He engaged in arguments and name calling with both me, and my boss over small petty things like where we staged stuff at after being asked to place it there by the project manager. Very unprofessional. Wish I caught his name.

Next time someone drives a company truck they probably shouldn't cut people off and practically cause an accident on the freeway. The best pet was so nice they pulled the illegal maneuver they only ended up 50 feet before they had to slam on their breaks and the rest of the way go the speed limit. If this is any sign on how their workers do business I will never do business with them.

Ginno was the first company I contacted when I decided to expand my business. That decision cost me valuable time, and may result in my project having to be delayed several months, which would also cost me a large amount of income. - The Ginno representative did not show up for our first appointment. - After missing the first appointment, they sent a junior representative to meet with me who could not really answer any questions.
He was only there to take information back to the company. - I spoke with them again and they said they would create a preliminary budget for my expansion. A couple weeks later they contacted me and said they were running behind, but would work on getting a budget to me in a couple of weeks. That was 10 weeks ago. I eventually moved on to another contractor who actually showed up to our appointments, and provided me a budget. Unfortunately, it's looking more and more that the expansion can no longer be completed in time for our busy season in 2021. Months lost waiting on Ginno has likely pushed the project to 2022.
While I can't say their actions were necessarily unethical, I can definitely say the company is disrespectful and possibly incompetent. Don't string customers along if you are unwilling or unable to meet their needs. I strongly suggest potential customers start with a different contractor first, even if you still want to consider using Ginno. At least that way you don't risk such negative impacts if they fail you in the same manner.
