MOUNTAIN LAKES VACATION RENTALS is a fully licensed vacation rental management company representing privately owned vacation rental homes on Lake Keowee in South Carolina and on Lake Hartwell in both Georgia and South Carolina. We offer a complete range of vacation accommodations. Most are used routinely by their owners, all are air conditioned and come with a boat dock unless otherwise specified.

Linens, cooking utensils, and the final cleaning are provided. Although many of our houses are pet friendly (with an extra charge) others do not allow pets.

Please sign a copy of these "HOUSE RULES" & take a copy with you for reference. RESERVATIONS: Confirming a reservation requires advance payment of 50%. Tentative reservations made 45 days or more in advance may be held for 5 days awaiting a check for payment after which time they are cancelled. Reservations less than 45 days in advance will not be held without full payment.

NO UP-FRONT FEES - All normal promotions and advertising are paid for by Mountain Lakes. The commission we charge is a percentage of the rental fees you earn and includes all advertising, credit card fees, vrbo listings and other vacation site listings.

Slow to respond. I found property at 145 Vassar Lane at Hartwell Lake unacceptably dumpy for what I paid through VRBO.
