Is this place still even open?! I totally understand shipping delays due to COVID, but your website should reflect the accurate shipping time. The products I ordered STILL says they would be delivered within 2 days. It's now been almost 3 weeks and I have received no responses back. Ive written several emails, waited on hold for HOURS for several. days and done the automated call back option, with no responses.
I finally got ahold of someone to just tell me I need to wait 24-48 hours for a call back from a manager and it's now been almost 2 weeks. I've had to push my contractor out 3 times due to this company's delays. At this point, I just want a reimbursement so I can purchase elsewhere. Oh yes, they deducted the money even though the products haven't shipped.
