I have called them and left several voice messages because it is almost impossible to get someone to talk on the phone. I've been trying to place an order for a week. Finally kept calling until someone picked up. They said they would email me the quote. Never did. Unfortunately, the local builder uses their product which makes it hard to try and get product that matches the home.

I attempted to get warranty work performed by Environmental Stoneworks through my home builder for over one year. Although we had the warranty work scheduled approximately 6 times, they were a "no-show" each time. Terrible customer support.

Fairly quick loading but be careful the weights on the Bill's are not right. Mine was off by 10000lbs when dot gave me my ticket for being 85k they said they target this shipper cause they do it all the time. So be warned.

Some people were nice only reason I gave it a 2 is I worked there for 1 day and quit the some fat guy supervisor that looks Chicano he gave a bad vibe other than that if he wasn't there it would have been a good place to work

This is a tough one. I called and left three messages with the sales team because I wanted to make sure they had a product before I drove all the way up there only to find out they didn't. Even though I said it was an urgent matter, no one called back. I went there and got what I needed. The front desk lady was very nice, but didn't know much about the product at all.

There were all kinds of people standing around the coffee maker talking, but no one answering the phone. At all. And I was the only customer in there. Frustrating to say the least, but in the end I got what I needed and you can't get it anywhere else so what do you do?

I went to their office a month ago looking for stone to put on a wall and after a month a two calls from me they finally got a sample in. My concern is that at this rate it would take a year to make enough stone for a wall. The salesman, Brian did not care or call to let me know why it took so long. We have decided to use another company that can provide better customer service than this one. Buyer beware
