Sean build me a great house after my home was destroyed by a tornado in 2009. When my home got hit by another tornado in 2020, it didn't get destroyed, just needed some repairs which Sean took care of at a fair price. after two tornados on the same lot, I really should move, but the house Sean built is so nice, it's hard to move.

Jim Green built our house and in our closing papers which was Dec 27, 2018 was suppose to fix roof under window in front of house ( main entrance) the week of closing. Today is October 29, 2019 in which is still not fixed! They tried to fix the first week and looks like a child tried to fix! Then we waited on another roofer to fix and took about 6 months for that which is even worse than the first so called fix!
Along with trying to get our own roofer to fix and Jim Green said he would not pay that much $1,200.00! Then his son ( Sean Green ) whom we let put our pool in and we let him do so because of great reviews said he would help as I threatened to call the board of Construction in Jackson to report! Now after 10 months he got another roofer to fix and he came out and said he would fix and never saw him again!
Then By text Sean Green said it can't be fixed! With all about we have no other choice but to go forward in going against them! Filling out forms with Action News 5 and have reported Dream Home Construction to the MS Contractors Association! We have texts and also pictures! Also it took us a while and just had other things fixed finally 2 months ago with constant asking to fix! BEWARE Of Dream Home Construction! Now going to BBB!

This was our first & last experience building a home with Dream Home Construction. They are completely disorganized & seem to have communication problems within their own business. If Sean Green tells you something or agrees to anything GET. IT. IN. WRITING because he will not remember 5 minutes from now since he is too busy building multiple homes, digging pools, and cutting grass.
Maybe he should open up a fourth business to mismanage. Dream Home likes to tout on it's website about how many awards they have won but in my view they are no different from any other home builder. Nothing they do sets them apart from the crowd. I wouldn't hire them again to build a dog house but if you do be prepared for Sean to come up at closing time with some excuse about how you owe him more money. Caveat Emptor!

Dream Homes Development Company is the construction company for the new Bell Pointe neighborhood expansion. They knowingly caused flooding In the existing Bell Pointe neighborhood. Shawn Green was repetitively notified, he admitted the problem was caused by his construction and he refused to remediate the issue. Do not trust this company, they will prioritize profits over doing the right thing.

Can SOMEONE at Dream Home explain when I Google Map Dawkins Farm, Dawkins Farm Drive, e.t.c, it defaults to Dream Home Construction at an address not even anywhere near Dawkins Farm? Do we call you for directions? Was it that necessary to file with Google to default to you when looking for Dawkins Farm?
