Mid South Pool Builders Inc - Olive Branch

We highly recommend using Mid South Pools Builders. David's willingness to work with us and fine tune the details were the reasons we chose his company. He was extremely easy to work with and followed through with everything he promised. June's attention to detail, and Dave's design layouts, were instrumental in making the pool project a success. David was more than the salesman; he was on the jobsite everyday overseeing the project.

We had a few issues with our spa, (based on the layout & grade of our yard), but June & David worked through the issues quickly and it's a highlight of our pool. We would choose Midsouth pool Builders again and highly recommend them to a friend! Thanks MSPB for everything, It's Perfect!

We had a great experience with Mid South Pool Builders. Prior to starting the project, they gave us detailed computer drawings of what to expect and the finished product could not be closer. Like any construction projects, tons of details have to be worked out on the fly and all of these were handled well. If I were building another pool, I would use them again.

We are beginning our second year of enjoying our pool. We are completely pleased with the response and attentiveness from David and his crew. Every time something has needed attention they have taken care of it just as David promised when he was selling the pool to us. I very highly recommend considering Mid South Pool Builders if you are in the market for a pool.

Beautifully built pool and project completed on time, but as others have said, service afterwards is god-awful. Service guy flat out ignores your calls and never returns messages. I'm taking about repairs not pool cleaning. When you pay 80-100k for something, you expect the courtesy of a freaking returned phone call but I guess once they have your money they don't give a F. I would not recommend using this company.

Mid south pools installed our pool about 6 years ago. We got estimates from 6 different pool contractors. One of the main reasons we chose them was David and his willingness to work with us until we were happy. He wasn't just our salesman, he was the contractor as well. He was on the job every single day during the construction. He also removed a couple of big trees that he thought would be a problem in the future.

They did everything they promised and then some. In the end when all was complete we had an incredible back yard getaway. David has always followed up with us over the years and I have highly recommended Mid south pools to all my friends. A couple of weeks ago we had several days of hard freezing temperatures and David gave us a call to check on the pool and equipment. (Even after 6 years) I highly recommend using Mid South Pools.

Midsouth pool builders built my pool and I couldn't be happier. Did everything exactly how and when they said they would. I dealt with many contractors during the construction of my home and midsouth was one of the very very few that actually did what they promised, WHEN they promised. I am a very hard guy to please and I know this, so when I say these guys are good, I mean it! Thanks David and Midsouth pools!

After researching several pool builders in the mid south for three years, I'm so grateful I choose David of Mid South Pools. David was full disclosure on what to expect and always honest about the questions and concerns I had. He came to my home several times to physically walk me through the plans. He provided us with design plans and plenty of visual descriptions of what our pool would look like.

His crew was always prompt. They poured the concrete in three days! They always cleaned up during the building phase so my yard would not look a mess. He returned my calls promptly. I felt very confident in his work. The pool and concrete patio and deck are absolutely stunning! It's been three years and we couldn't be happier with our pool! The design is lovely and it's added value to our home.

Would highly recommend Mid South Pools. The detailed CAD drawings lets you see your custom pool in your backyard down to every detail. The pool was built in a timely manner and exceeded our expectations.

This company built a nice looking pool. They have a number of problems however. They take on too much business and the end of the project drags. There is no clear date at which it is declared complete, therefore a very ill defined warranty. They disavow the equipment that they install, leaving it to the pool buyer to deal with any warranty matters involving things like the complex control system and interface.

They do not have a protocol for handing the pool over to the owner. The initial attempt to explain things about its functions failed badly. We were previous pool owners so we managed, but if we had not been we would have had to pay someone to teach us. Now, we have an outstanding issue with one expensive component and while we consider the pool incomplete, they are aggressively chasing their last payment. They are also not very good to deal with on administrative things. Office employees are downright grumpy.
