I am not commenting on this companies quality of workmanship or their rates. My comment is about the professionalism of their employees. I am writing this review as they are working in my building. I live in a 100 units building and Evco is replacing all of the water heaters. Since starting their work, this morning, their workers have done nothing but yell and shout at each other, play loud music and one guy kept whistling.
This is a residential building and not a commercial space. There are people living here. To the owner of this company, teach your employees how to act like professionals. They are here to do a job. They're NOT attending a high school dance or pep rally!

I had a bad experience with Evco Mechanics. My airconditioner is not working properly, I asked them to come check it out, it took them 6 hours to evaluate the machine and wasn't able to fix it. The quote for fixing it was $3000 so we decided to go with another company. They claimed the evaluation fee was $400 which was never agreed upon. I didn't mind paying for a fee but $400 for not being able to fixed in my opinion was unreasonable. The manager Caesar was not reachable nor call me back and just went ahead and charge my credit card. It wasn't pleasant.
