This is a rephrase of my earlier review with Stolit 1.5 personnel: The product was purchased about 5 years ago to cover the exterior of my poured concrete 3 bedroom home. The advice given by the company was to take their course before beginning. The company gave also verbal instructions for application of Stolit 1.5 and those were used in lieu of the course.
The material went on as stated and dried very quickly to very durable surface. Now about 5 years later the material is just as robust as it was upon application. This is in contrast to experience with traditional stucco that appears to degrade to some extent over time. Of note is the fact that in the usual places where cracks appear in concrete structures at stress points namly at 90 degree angles, there appears only two places in 12 windows where fine cracks at a 90 degree stress point were noted attesting to the retained flexibility of the product over time.
The product instructions state that the product has a short shelf life as of course do many construction materials. However, two 5 gallon buckets were opened and tested 5 years later and the material had not degraded in the absence of air. For all the above reasons, I judge Stolit 1.5 to be a very high level of quality product an give Stolit 1.5. Five stars, 5*.
