Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness A fairly simple siding job was contracted in July 2020.it is now Jan 2 2021 and the job is still not done.he had to subcontract the job out and now that person never shows up.always some excuse. Next step is going to be the legal process.

Contracted to solve/fix drainage problem in walkout basement area. After paying in full the same problem exists when it rains with water and sand running over landscape rock area and on to concrete patio. Rock area also collapsed which they fixed but is now starting to collapse again with even light rain. Other side of patio with the new railroad ties are washing out now which never happened before they installed retaining walls. Workers said they would put in new drainage system where the problem is occurring.

They never showed up. Will not return calls, texts and no response to certified letter with deadline to fix the problem before posting reviews etc. On contract, owner wrote 3 year labor warranty. Can not get any response even less than 3 months. They have money and we have the same problem! Beware!
