Critical: Professionalism, Quality Very rude. No customer service skills. Very short with me. Like with all going on in the world we should not treat each other this way. Grow up. Bet the 3 reviews they have are employees. Services: Electrical outlet & switch installation, Outdoor lighting installation

A gentleman came out and went through all my electrical issues and was to get back with me about installing motion flood lights and then left and I was charged a fee to come out. The Next day, another gentleman was to call and give me the cost for the job. I was then told that he needed to make a trip to my house also in order to give me a price for the jobs.
When the time came, I received a call from him saying he was running late and rescheduled for the next day. I was totally okay with that. The next day, I waited and he never showed up. He never called. I called another company, EXCEL ELECTRIC, they don't charge a fee to come out. The guys showed up the next day promptly as scheduled, and gave me a price for two projects right then and there and I agreed to go ahead and proceed.
They came prepared and did both projects within the next few hours, same day service, wow! The jobs totaled about $1,400 so wasn't cheap but I really was impressed how they stood out and appreciated how efficient they were, especially after being stood up by ARLINGTON. Not quite sure what the reason was that Arlington didn't want my business and stood me up, as they came highly recommended by a good friend, but till this day, I haven't told my friend that I was stood up nor heard back from the gentleman from Arlington electric.

Excellent company, will only use them in the future. Same day service and was not an emergency. Steve was very knowledgeable, explained everything. Builder of my house must have used an electrical contractor want to be, my pool was not wired with code required product. Steve explained and corrected it when I only expected to need a Pentair and smart switch installed. So very grateful to have called a professional. The cost was very reasonable and will refer everyone to them.

I called for a quote, they showed up on time, very professional, no funny business of up selling unneeded items. We accepted quote, Kelly the tech was great, super personable easy to talk to. Set up the job with drop cloth and explained everything prior to set up. Very pleased with his work ethic and will use them again for sure.
