Mark Frego and Jeff Gottschalk (Construction Unlimited Builders) were awesome to work with! In 2005-6 They reconstructed a dilapidated home into my beautiful real estate office at 5590 E M-36, Pinckney Mi. They were very professional and did exquisite work, even matching the original coved ceilings where required. When hurdles needed jumping, they were calm and helped me make the best decisions for the project.

This also entailed appearing before the township board for permit approvals! They were awesome! Additionally, I am proud to represent them with their new development at Spicer Farms in Green Oak Township. They are building gorgeous new homes in the Brighton School district priced from $300-400,000. Their work is solid and tasteful! They have great capability to communicate with their customers as well as build beautifully! It has been 8 years since they built my office, and we have no issues! My office is still beautiful, please come visit anytime!
