Review is based entirely on warranty work since the home we purchased was nearly completely built By the time we went under contract. We are almost 8 months post closing and there are you tend from our final walkthrough and the first month post closing that haven't been taken care of. Emails go unanswered and when I do talk to someone on the phone, it's telling them the same thing as I provided in emails. ETA: Updating review.
After posting the above review, I heard from the warranty team. There was some personnel change overs and we were lost in the shuffle. With a couple of weeks, we had everything except one item taken care of. We are still waiting for a vendor to resolve our final item.

Poor craftsmanship. windows that only open half way, windows not set level, floor squeaks from day one, i could go on and on. lots of damage during the construction process which was followed by shoddy repairs. the super intendent, Dan Atchison, is a piece of work, huge ego (napoleon complex) actually yelled at my wife and I at our final walk through.
I guess there were so many things wrong that we pointed out, it rubbed him the wrong way. major red flag is they didn't want us walking through the house to check progress of the construction. they were building on our lot, not a subdivision. we asked several other builders and this is unheard of.

Please be wary of Canzano and JDM builders! There are many lawsuits they are in including my own recently built subdivision. The management company they hire "White Hall", will work with them to launder money from the residents. These company's do shoddy work at best and do NOT follow up on warranty work. The builders also do not accept Veteran Loans due to the required inspections mandated. What are they hiding? If you are considering a home they built save your self a LOT of grief and move on!
