We were in need of chimney repair and we called JVP Stucco. Brandon was quick to respond and come out to the house. He looked over the chimney and sent us an estimate within 48 hours. Brandon sent us the estimate complete with pictures and a quote for each section. The next day he came to our house to answer any questions that we had. He was more than fair on the cost of repairs to be completed.

His crew was always on time and always left the area immaculate. They also answered any questions we had to our satisfaction. They finished the project on time and the quality of work was better than we anticipated. I would not hesitate to call JVP again if we had issues. A leak led to a referral for chimney repair & JVP Stucco. They have a LOT of business & so it took some time for them to examine & provide an estimate. Having the job done well was even more important to me than soon. I was impressed with their knowledgeable assessment and detail in the proposal. This repair was a mult-step process, definitely not a handyman special but one for a professional.

I was pleased Brandon worked me into the schedule sooner than I expected. Communication was great. The work crew was professional and pleasant. My chimney looks great now. What the crew learned during the repair leads me to believe the porous crumbling chimney was the source of the leak.

We needed our chimney cap replaced as existing cap was nearly 40 years old, made of concrete and beginning to crumble. Brandon was very communicative on the process and great to work with. The crew was very clean and courteous. The job only took a couple days and the crew made sure to leave the property as they found it. The price was very fair and we would definitely use again and highly recommend.

JVP Stucco is the best at what they do! I had them out to provide me an estimate on a small addition. Their price was definitely higher than the other two stucco contractors I had out. Although I wanted to use JVP I chose to go with one of the lower priced contractors just trying to save money. Once the project was complete I was astonished. The stucco color didn't match and neither did the texture, the job looked like I did it myself.

I called JVP and apologized for not using them in the first place. JVP came in and re did the terrible work of the previous contractor and they did a flawless job. The stucco was done so well you could not even tell it was an addition, it matched the house perfectly! I would highly recommend them for any stucco and masonry project. We had a leaky chimney. JVP Stucco to the rescue! Our chimney was really bad. The brick was falling apart and it had major leaks. Brandon and his crew did an excellent job. Brandon was a pleasure to work with. His crew was professional, did their work, and cleaned up after. And the chimney looks great. Not only was he able to fit us into his extremely busy schedule earlier than expected, but his crew was prompt and professional and polite. They repaired the area damaged by birds and squirrels and left our home looking like new. This company just saved me from buying a house that had what I thought was minor stucco damage. I called for a quote and received so much more. I was told about the issues that we couldn't see and the possibility of having to replace an entire wall. He was very responsive and answer the phone each time I called. Although I can not speak to the workmanship the knowledge he had says it all. If you are looking for work done right I would highly suggest giving them a call.

JVP came out to fix shoddy exterior stone work from my original home builder. I was very pleased with the quote and work. Everything was explained to me and the crew was great. Highly recommended!

I called JVP Stucco this morning and John was already to my house this afternoon. He was friendly, professional, and super helpful! My home has some crumbling stucco outside our back door and we potentially wanted to get it fixed. John came out and explained he sees this a lot and doesn't suggest to re-stucco it. John provided me pictures and details of how to fix the problem, and suggested we do it on our own-- however he and his team would be more than happy to do it as well.

You really don't see companies/people offering this type of service and information for nothing in return. He genuinely took his time to come out to my house and offer advice. You can tell he really wanted to help and this goes a long way in my book. We will definitely be used his services for future needs. I would highly suggest JVP Stucco!

My car hit the house when I jumped out of the car and neglected to put it into park (ugh). I called JVP Stucco the next day and they immediately came out to inspect and provide an estimate. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and VERY professional. I hired them on the spot. I couldn't be happier with the work performed and the service provided. I hope if I ever need them again it will be for upgrading, not repairing!, but they will be the ONLY company I call.

I had JVP do an inspection and provide a quote (if needed) of the stucco front on my new home. Since I've never worked with stucco before I just wanted to make sure everything was solid and nothing in need of repair or concern. John answered his phone on my first call and stopped by my home within a few hours for a free consultation/inspection.

While my request wasn't urgent I truly appreciate his responsiveness and timeliness. Good news! The stucco front is in great shape with only one small surface crack which we can easily repair ourselves with stucco putty. He pointed out a few small gaps between our windows and wood frames and made the suggestion to fill those in with caulking to avoid potential water leakage when it rains.

That was nice friendly advice and again, something we can do ourselves or hire a basic handy person. JVP could have easily tried to take advantage of what probably could be perceived as a naive person (although I would never let that happen.have another company scheduled to do the same inspection) but instead was honest, professional and really informative.

I know home repair reviews aren't the most exciting to read, but Yelp is my first go to place for everything. I want to make sure JVP gets the credit and consideration it deserves.
